 I’ve been put in charge of organising our new literature, what do I do, where do I start?
There are various options here;
• If you know roughly what you’d like, i.e. something similar in feel and size to what you presently have, or something that you’ve seen, just send us the item in question and we can work up a ‘like for like’ quotation for you.
• If you aren’t sure what you want and would like some ideas, just call in and speak to one of our team. Alternatively we offer no obligation, free consultations so just give us a call and arrange a time convenient for you and we’ll come out to you distance not a problem and talk you through different samples, design ideas, the whole process – from there we will draw you up a quotation.
• Or if you’d like to see prices for a variety of items to help you choose just email or call in and we can send you various prices with matching samples

Is there a limit of how many photos I can have on a page? Will I get charged extra if I want more than the limit?
No and absolutely not! We don’t run off any set template designs and therefore there is no limit as to how many images or how much text you want to appear on any page. Each design is unique and we do not charge extra for that.

Is there a limit in terms of quantity I can order?
No, with print runs (as with most things) the more you order the cheaper the unit cost. However, digital printing technology offers smaller print runs for much more cost effective prices. So whether you want 25 leaflets or 1000 brochures we can cater for all of your needs.

Can we supply our own photography?
Yes absolutely. Our expert designers will analyse the photos you send us to ascertain which ones will be suitable to use in your literature. Please send us a disc with your photographs on it and we’ll do the rest. We suggest if possible that photos should be at least 1mb Jpeg for inset images and at least 5mb for large images. We will advise as to the suitability and possible use of images.

Roughly how long will a new brochure take from start to finish?
Obviously every project is different but a standard guide would be 6 weeks. Rest assured though if you need a product for an open evening or a conference that has crept up on you we will form a solution and create a working schedule that suits your timeframe.

What does the price given in the quotation include?
All of the above! The quotation therefore includes everything from the initial meeting, subsequent meetings, advice, design, concepts, photography, mock-ups, print and delivery. We don’t believe in hidden extras and you will find no small print on our quotes. The only way the price would ever change from the original quotation is if the specification of the job changed i.e.: we quoted for a 12 page brochure but during the process you, the client, decided you actually needed more room so we changed it up to a 16 page brochure.
