We pursue an easy, simple to follow structure for newsletters. You can either supply your own photography or we can send one of our professionals out to do a shoot shortly before the copy deadline. We will come out and meet with you in the first instance (free of charge) to discuss creative and design issues, deadlines and feature articles. From here we will devise a working project schedule that sets out key dates we both need to stick to.
 Once all the planning has been provided we will work on an initial layout design for you to make sure we are ready in advance to the project going live. We ask for the copy to be provided by you as a word document clearly highlighting any articles of particular interest that need more emphasis in the design, and for you to supply a disc with any photography you’d like to use (each photograph being saved under the name of the article it relates to). We provide mock-ups of the concepts and listen to any amends you have, and most importantly we will keep amending and working until the newsletter is right for you (at no extra cost).
You will be allocated your own Account Manager and Designer to guarantee continuity of approach throughout the whole project and ensuring you will always have direct contact to the people who know your project inside out.
