The Circle Trust is a community of schools based in Berkshire, that share an essential common ethos and vision for education and learning.

The Brief

St Crispin’s School appointed us to create a logo and brand for their new school trust. They challenged us to bring The Circle Trust to life, be sympathetic to the school’s current branding but to create a new, contemporary feel for the trust.

Our Response

We created a contemporary circular logo, full of movement, representing that the trust is always going to be moving; be it taking on new schools, learning new skills or just moving forward on its journey.

We also selected a colour palette not normally associated with the education sector, to ensure it was scaleable for new schools joining the trust. The modern typeface in muted green, inspired by the St Crispin’s logo, secured that subtle link between the two entities.

The prospectuses we produce for the trust have the trust style but are branded to each school with their own colours as illustrated by the Nine Mile Ride sample here.

We also designed and built a new website for The Circle Trust. We working closely with the trust team to ensure their website contained all the relevant information i.e. Trust members, how its governed and information for new parties.
